As the largest committee within ACC, we’re dedicated to orchestrating seamless experiences across three pivotal aspects: Events, Internal Recognition, and ACC Cares. Events: From the grandeur of our annual Dinner and Dance to the meticulous coordination of GE-level gatherings, we specialize in bringing visions to life. With meticulous planning and an eye for detail, we ensure that every occasion is unforgettable, leaving a lasting impression on all who attend. Internal Recognition: At the core of our operations lies the acknowledgment of excellence. We shine a spotlight on the top producers and recruiters within our agency, honoring their outstanding achievements across various categories. Productivity Committee of Advisors Clique Collective, where we blend efficiency with excellence in the insurance domain! Our committee is wholly devoted to nurturing a culture of productivity and collaboration within our esteemed agency. With a team driven by the core values of Advisors Clique Collective, we employ cross-sharing and strategic initiatives to enhance productivity. Among our notable events are the MDRT Focus Group, Beyond Centurion Event, and Towards Centurion Event. These gatherings bring together top advisors from both within our agency and the industry at large for collaborative panel discussions and cross-sharing sessions. Participants exchange insights on key mindsets and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
The Training Committee operates year-round, serving as the primary organizer of our prestigious MMP program. This 13-week initiative is designed to provide new advisors with essential foundational training. Additionally, it serves as a platform for new advisors to come together, share personal struggles, and exchange insights as they navigate similar phases in their careers. Furthermore, the Training Committee has launched a new initiative called Leaders MMP. This program is specifically tailored to support agents who have transitioned into leadership roles. It aims to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to excel in their new positions and lead their teams effectively.
Recruitment has consistently been a pivotal aspect of our industry, and within ACC, we’ve established a dedicated recruitment committee. This committee focuses on providing recruitment platforms through collaborations with Great Eastern and organizing key events like webinars and physical gatherings. These events serve as touchpoints for potential candidates, offering them insights into the opportunities within our industry and Advisors Clique Collective.
As stewards of our organization’s constitution, Constitution uphold the values and regulations that define ACC’s identity and operations. Youthwing Committee, the newest addition to our EXCO structure, embodying our dedication to amplifying the voices of our dynamic young leaders and representatives.
