Introducing our Annual MDRT Focus Group, a pivotal initiative strategically timed in the third quarter—the crucial period for intensified sales efforts. This exclusive group gathers individuals driven to excel, fostering a dynamic environment of collective improvement. Comprising 6-8 members from diverse clusters and director groups, the focus group ensures exposure to varied insights, facilitating meaningful cross-sharing sessions. Each group is led by a mentor, an established high performer, guiding sessions and providing valuable insights when needed. The MDRT Focus Group stands as a powerful platform, promoting collaboration, learning, and individual growth as we collectively strive for excellence during this pivotal sales period.
